Mountaineer Health and Life Insurance was founded in early 2024 by Justin Hundley, a seasoned leader with nearly a decade of experience mentoring agents in the Health and Life insurance industry. After helping hundreds of agents across the country guide clients through their insurance options, Justin felt it was time to make a more direct impact within his own community. He recognized how confusing and overwhelming health, life, and Medicare decisions can be—and how many people are navigating it without clear, trustworthy guidance. That’s why Mountaineer Health and Life Insurance was built: to simplify the process, provide honest support, and offer a local, stress-free enrollment experience that people can feel confident in.
In 2025, Justin’s wife, Sarah Hundley, joined the agency full-time. Driven by a deep passion for serving others, Sarah brings a unique compassion and perspective to the table. Her focus is on building lasting partnerships throughout the community and educating individuals about the resources available to them.
